Nimmi Bains and Georgie Mark were good and I’m sure excellent at the work, but I felt less sure about the process involved – I emailed early on asking for clarification of the process but did not receive a reply. I think it would be good to decode “solicitor speak/jargon” in written correspondence for laypeople. The most frustrating thing is that phone calls were never answered and there was a delay in response. But I’m happy overall! ”
